A world famous collector of vintage furniture and contemporary art, NIGO® has been the mastermind behind a number of iconic home studios, and ateliers over the last couple decades. For this joint project NIGO® enlisted the talents of Japanese architect Takashi Yanai to help him create his dream home.

The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean front property has an open floor plan kitchen and living area on the 1st story. A roofless courtyard separates the master bedroom and guest room on the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach and boast their own personal bathrooms and walk-in closets. The house is finished off with a personal storage area and a 2nd floor workspace decorated with vintage furniture pieces adding to the minimalistic but beautiful home design.
