RETURN POLICY 
  • You have up to 7 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased from www.bettergiftshop.com 
  • You have up to 7 days  to return items purchased in store at 558 Dundas Street West. 
  • Orders can be returned by mail or in store.
  • Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
  • Valid receipt and/or order number is required in order to process ALL returns. 
  • Return shipping charges are covered at the customer’s expense
  • Item(s) purchased must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached.
  • Fragrance is NOT returnable due to our hygiene policy.
  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for Better™or third party products not purchased from www.bettergiftshop.com. Please contact the third party retailer in which you purchased your item(s) and refer to their return policy.
EXCHANGES
  • Better™ Gift Shop does NOT offer exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
